Flight of the Conchords are New Zealand musical comedy duo Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, the self-styled fourth most popular folk parody act in the world. After breaking out with their HBO series in 2007, two Grammy-nominated albums, and years of sold-out theater runs, the pair returned to the stage in May 2026 for a brief Netflix Is A Joke Fest run that included shows at the Santa Barbara Bowl and two nights at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Those reunion dates are now in the rearview mirror, and no further Flight of the Conchords shows are currently on sale.

Flight of the Conchords began as a stage act in Wellington, New Zealand before crossing over to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and then HBO, where their cult sitcom ran for two seasons and earned 10 Emmy nominations. Their self-titled debut album won the 2009 Grammy for Best Comedy Album, and the follow-up I Told You I Was Freaky earned another Grammy nomination. Beyond the duo, Bret McKenzie picked up an Academy Award for Best Original Song for Man or Muppet from The Muppets in 2012, while Jemaine Clement co-created and starred in What We Do in the Shadows in both film and FX series form. Their May 2026 California reunion run marked the duo first live shows together in roughly eight years.
